Siberkah
From World Of Darkness Wiki
The Siberakh of the frozen, Russian wastes are more legend than flesh to the majority of the Garou Nation. Whiles the Silver Fangs, who know the truth regarding the Siberakh, have chosen to regard them as little more than yet another dirty secret of the royals, and wish that the sub-tribe would just a fairy tale. However they are real.
History
A combination of Silver Fang and Wendigo Blood, the Siberkah have as much right to claim sovereign over any other tribe in the nation as they do a voice in the nation. In other words: None. The Wendigo respect them and afford them the solitude they have chosen to live in. Silver Fangs as stated before, consider them a a dirty secret, a camp of Ronin born of impure blood within their lineage. Many who know of this sub-tribe consider them to be Gaia's Ace in the Hole when it comes to the War of Apocalypse. This Tribe tends to represent the purity of heart indicative of the Silver Fangs, and yet the untamed ferocity and sheer strength of the Wendigo in a combination that has neither of the tribes weaknesses, prejudices, or dementia.
And the truth of the matter is that this that the Siberakh want nothing to do with the Western Concordiat at all. They prefer to answer only to themselves and serve their goddess in their own way and by their own means. If it is Gaia's will that her Ace leave their homeland and fight Her war on other fronts, then perhaps one day they will. As for now, however, They have made no gestures towards such endeavors. Nor do they choose to communicate with other werewolves. Cearns belonging to them, are not open by moon bridge to anywhere else in the world. And even Finding Siberakh is an epic undertaking in of itself. Siberia is a very, very, very large place and it is assumed that those in the Nation who know of the sub-tribe, that they are busy tending to business in Siberia that the Silver Fangs either view as beneath them or are unaware of.
Totem
Sable: Totem of Respect. Totem spirit for the Siberakh, she is the invisible hunter in the drifts; silently brooding, patiently waiting, striking without warning, and then gone again into the snow, ice, and wind leaving only a drop or two of blood behind as evidence that she was there at all. She is a small survivor, strengthened by not only her surroundings, but by her solitude. Sable represents the unexpected huntress and the survival of the fittest against the harshest of odds.
Sable's children become learned in the ways to survive, and like her double in stealthy movements. Sable allows her children the use of the gift "Call of the Breeze" once a day. And additionally members in her packs are resistant to the effects of extreme cold for the purposes of lethal damages.
Children of Sable are regarded as allies by wind spirits and can call on them and speak to them freely with out possession of Spirit Speech. However, even those with the gift of Spirit Speech, are snubbed completely by members of Falcon's spirit brood and cannot communicate with them at all. Falcon views all Children of Sable as dishonored, half-breed savages and under no circumstances will He abide a Siberakh's membership with a pack that he has chosen for his own.
Wither you are in a pack to Sable, or one of her tribe, She relies on her children to protect her lands. Thus, no pack with Sable as a Totem may cross the boarders of the Siberian region of the former Soviet Union in any direction for any reason. Period.
